Dear Soulful Friends,

I am partnering with Seneca Creek State Park to bring entertaining and educational programming to local residents. Please join us for our first presentation focusing on backyard habitats. Kindly register in the link provided below, for planning purposes. Though the event is FREE, a suggested $5 per person cash donation can be given to Friends of Seneca Creek State Park, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to providing financial support and resources to the park for the enhancement of the visitor experience.

Please invite your family, friends, clubs and groups to this event. We hope that this will be the first in a series of presentations given throughout the year.

We look forward to seeing you there! Here are the details…

How to Create a Backyard Habitat

Do you love gardening and nature? Would you like to encourage and support bees, pollinators, beneficial organisms, birds, frogs, bats and/or other local wildlife? Heather Zindash (The Soulful Gardener) will show you how to add food, shelter, water and nesting sites to create your very own backyard habitat. Backyard habitats help us connect with nature while also providing important eco-services that benefit our entire community. Come and enjoy Heather’s lively presentation which includes beautiful photos and videos from her own local, Certified Wildlife Habitat.
